I started joging and the first time I did a long distance...like 8km first day
I did stretch and all but
a few days passed and it feels as there is pain in my knee like inside under the cup...
Any idea if there are any muscles there or I did something bad to it ?
it hurts only when i go down the stairs or so....but not when i walk..
I agree that you should go to your doctor, but just FYI it sounds like Runner's knee...I have that & that's how mine started. If you look it up (or chondromalacia) you'll see all the symptoms listed.
