I'm almost 46, female. Last week, just leaning forward in my car, I dislocated my knee and again last night, just getting off the toilet(sorry), did it again and it was very painful until it popped back into place. This time, I went to the VA Hosp ER and he said I was fine, just exercise as much as I can. I'm 141 lbs at 5'4''. He thinks it will just go away and I'll be in perfect shape another 30 years plus but on the other hand, he said if I don't exercise enough or it gets worse, I could be totally disabled. Well, I already have a severe bulging disk in neck and had broken my lower back and hurt my left arm which won't stop catching. Also have arthritis is my neck per MRI>
Anyone had a reoccurring knee problem like this? Don't know what type of arthritis I have, whatever type shows up on MRI's. Mom has osteo and I once came up pos for RA but now neg. My 16 yr old daughter has a positive speckled ANA and way more problems than this ole mom.
