| | What knee problem could this be?
I do a lot of Martial Arts / Gymnastics training every week, so I assume it's most likely that. When I wake up or when I've been sitting or standing still for a while, I can't fully extend my right leg until I gave it 1-2 minutes to warmup. It also hurts a little to stand on it and put pressure on it. It's been like this for almost a year now, I assume it hasn't healed properly yet because I train 4-6 days a week and there's no time for it to heal. Anyone know what this problem could be?
