| both knees hurt, not active lifestyle, what gives?
Hello
I am a video editor and due to a back problem I work ON bed most of the time.
I woke one day to find that my right knee was in horrible pain, bending it was yell out loud pain, as the day went on it got better, and it cycled like that daily.
went to general practitioner and he said there is no need to x-ray it, its just my modality, sitting in one position (indian style ALOT) for hours and hours can cause tears..
So, I stopped sitting that way, no change.
It happens at night and when I wake its horrible and as said, as I go on, it gets better
I have had a week off and have done NONE of my normal routines, and now my LEFT knee has the same problem!
doesnt hurt with legs straight, but any bend to full bent it horrible
for some background, I get little to no proper exercise and I am wondering it this is just muscle atrophy and then hurting myself because there is not much mass to protect tendons and such?
because of my back injury I tend to sleep on my side alot and this resulted in bursitus of my left shoulder...when I went to a ostiopath (sp), he looked at my body and said "do you get ANY exercise at ALL"
so maybe this is my deal?
I am also taking herbs to combat a candida infection that I got from prolonged use of anti-biotics and prednasone.
taking probiotics and oregano oil
is it my diet?, my NO exercise?
obviously I am going to see an knee specialist ASAP but any comments would be great
