thankyou so much for your input. I am so sorry for your horrible experience on your second hip. That just doesn't seem right. Have you talked to other doctors since regarding this happening? Very traumatic.
He wants to do the second surgery right after cuz my hips are so bad. They are bone on bone and if I wait much longer, he says it will be harder and harder to correct 100%. It is hard, you take your Doctor's advice as gospel and assume they know better than you do. I have gotten three seperate opinions and all said the same. I have three weeks to get stronger. I can now walk without the cane (with a huge limp) for about 1600 feet at once. Still hurts tho, especially when I sit a long time or sleeping is the worst. For some odd reason, I am experiencing a lot of pain in my lower back only in the morning when I get out of bed. This definately is a tough surgery and recovery. I am a pretty tough person when it comes to pain, but this kicked my butt!!
Thanks again for your input. I truly do appreciate it. Good luck to you.
