| knee injury.
Hi.
recently (february 6th) i tore the ACL in my right knee and it got operated on a month later. since then my rehabilitation has been great, until thursday. I was going down some steps when i lost my footing, but then was able to regain my balance with my right leg, but bending my knee all the way back putting immense strain on my knee. Since then i've had pain in the back of my knee where the hamstring is, but not really my ligament or knee cap although there is some swelling around that area. I think it is just a pulled muscle and shouldn't be too worried about it. But i have to be worried about it since its my damaged knee. I told the pysio who i go to the other day and he didn't really look at it or anything just said to put ice on it and stretch it.
I can walk pretty easily and put weight on my right leg, but i still feel some discomfort, especially now i cant bend my knee fully anymore.
Should i be very worried since its my bad knee? is it worth going all the way to a hospital to check it out or should i just continue stretching and putting ice on it.
Thanks.
