I can hear every bone on my knee go pop pop pop pop when I sit or when I get up. It is only the right knee...the other just grates.
About six or seven months i developed Bakers Cysts on both knees and both had already ruptured. I had severe pain while getting up into the suburban and getting down. I cannot squat or kneel. B
once I get up I can walk OK.

Honestly you should talk to someone who specializes in knee problems. Chances are you might need an MRI to rule out any major problems. Sometimes the sounds of popping aren't our joints but the ligaments or scar tissue snapping.
