The cysts may be what is causing you're pain. [removed] I am currently dealing with bone cysts of the knee as well but am just getting started on diagnosis and treatment. I had an MRI and just got the results that there are a number of bone cysts but the type and details are inconclusive so I'm being referred to an orthopedic specialist.
