| pain around knee
The other day I think did something when I was crawling under my desk - I didn't feel it that day, but the next morning I woke up stiff. Over the last three days it has been getting worse - swelling and hot - and painful to walk on. I have iced it on and off and tried to put it up. The swelling is above the kneecap. Any ideas (I am going to try and see a doc in the next few days).
Generally I am in pretty good shape, but I do tend to get twisted ankes, etc.
