Depends on what they're doing the arthoscopy for? Can you give more info?

Re: how long to heal after a knee arthroscopy

I have had several. The first took out a 30 year old severed ACL along with floating "bodies"...cart. The others were standard suck out and shave. They were all out-patient. For all except 1 I had the surgery on Friday and was back at work on Monday with no problems. The one time I had "post surgery trauma" and I had some pain for about 6 months.

Re: how long to heal after a knee arthroscopy

Like the above poster stated, it depends on what you're having arthroscopy for. It's the injury or problem, not the surgery, you recover from. The actual surgery is quite benign.
