i have two birminghams, the oldest is 5 years this month and the other is 10 months younger. both of mine kind of twang slightly at certain angles but give me no other signs that they are there, no pain and no restrictions. i imagine twangs and clicks are something to be expected, unless you're having other problems too.

Thank you sue it puts my mind at reast as long as your English twang and click is the same as my Australian clunk, I find it hard not to bend, I now neel ,when I remember but still this clunk goes through my hip quite hard at times,I am sure that the life of my hip is not going to be as long as expected I am to get my other hip done next year at easter thank goodness for mobic in the mean time
