| pain in my groin, thigh and knee
Just over three weeks ago i was lifting a a fridgefreezer and used my thigh to help move it up a step,and the next day i got a pain in the top of the groin which as started to move down to the thigh.After going for a short walk i sat down for while and when i tried to get up the pain above my knee almost put me down onto the floor it was so severe.I then found the only way i could walk upstairs was to walk up sideways,and have found that after a couple of days resting and taking painkillers i can then start to walk on it again for a couple of days.The pain as now started to hurt on the outside of the knee and im just wundering if anybody else as had any of these problems.
