Delaminated Cartilage & THR-Help please!

Has anyone had delaminated cartilage and had a THR with success? My doctors are confusing me saying it will help, but then it could make things worse possibly-small chance... This really is awful, I don't want it WORSE!

I've had two scopes without much relief. First surgery Right labrum tear w/delaminated cartilage rim tear, second delaminated cartilage of entire socket. I have arthritis, but not major. I do have some strange bone shifts since surgery and it looks as though something is digging into my cartilage. My biggest problem is the delamiinated cartilage. It doesn't seem to want to heal. I spent three months flat on my back this last time trying to give it time to "mold" with my bone. It doesn't appear that it has worked.

Any advice is appreciated.
