redo hip replacement still pain after 3 months

I have pain in my right hip (groin Area) & buttox area after 3 months. This is the second hip replacement on the right side? Is this normal to have pain this long. The first operation the pain never went away. Now after 3 months Iam really getty frustrated. After sitting for 20 minutes it hard to even walk at first then I can walk. I used to hike a lot and was very strong. I cant even walk up a few hills without the pain becoming worst. Give me some advice please.
