ACL reconstruction using HAmstring Graft

How much is too much aggressivness in exercising during rehabilitation post ACL surgery. I did bend my knee to 105 degrees from the 5th day of surgery & slowly increased. now 20 days old am flexion is abt 140 degrees. am i vulnerable of loosening / snappping the new Graft ? Also, during Quadriceps tightening + hamstring stretching + towel pressing exercises I intermittently applied too much of pressure, 10 reps each. Would it have done damage ? Is there any sign given away by the Knee/body if the Graft fails ? please unfold these mysteries. thanks in anticipation. Vidyun
