Last weekend I woke up and my knee was feeling weird, like it had to pop. I stretched it out a little and went for a jog. It still felt weird when I got back so I iced it a few times for the next 2 days. It feels very tight and like somethings rubbing when I walk. It won't bend all the way, like when you squat down. The pain or twinges are on the inside side of the knee. There is no swelling. Sometimes when I'm walking and I stop or rotate/pivot a little my knee gives me a little spark of pain. I have done NO exercise all week to see if it will heal. I had it wrapped for 2 days but it didn't seem to do any good. I hate to go and pay my LARGE co-pay if this might heal on it's own. HELP!!
