Outer knee pain when crouching down
I am experiencing some pain on the outside parts of my knees when I crouch down to the floor. I'm pretty sure it started happening after I started doing some weighted squats at the gym. It feels like it is at the outer bottom or maybe even just below the knee a little. I find it doesn't hurt nearly as bad if my feet are a little wider than shoulder width apart. But if my feet are directly under my hips, it hurts bad enough to where I can't squat all the way down. Any ideas on what I did wrong, what it is that is causing the pain, and how I can fix it?
