elainesophia Newbie (female) Join Date: Apr 2012 Location: hampshire Posts: 3	Surgery re Kneecap discloaction Hi I have an 18yr old niece whose kneecap has continually dislocated for the past 10yrs or so. She was finally referred to a knee surgeon who then carried out surgery to hold the kneecap in place. She has had next to no physio since the suregry - about 3 sessions - surgery was mid feb. Her kneecap came out again - surgeon now says he wants to use part of her hip bone to help solve the problem. looking for help and guidance here please. Thank you Elaine
