9 week Post Op for TKR

Good Morning,

Just curious, will my ROM ever improve after this TKR? I am at 9 weeks post op. I can bend the knee to 98 degrees without any pushing. With pushing the P/T can get it to 113 degrees. But this doesn't seem very good to me for 9 weeks post op. The Dr. decided not to do a manipulation for fear that it would just set me back too far. Can anyone out there tell me if and when this will improve. My extension is between 0-2, depending on the day. My leg throbs daily; especially at night. I do all the exercises they give me. On one visit to P/T they told me I was "over" doing it. I do wall slides 3-4 times a day. Ride a stationary bike for 10-20 minutes a day and then do the extension exercises throughout the day. ANY suggestions would be appreciated.
