Knee Pain
 

A couple days ago I had a bad fall on my knee. It hurts to bend it and I get a sharp pain in it randomly. Also when I stand up it feels like somethings is moving around out of place. I have had it X-rayed and there's no break or fracture. Yet the doctor said it was too swollen to check for and ligament or tendon damages . Any ideas what it may be?
