Tkr

I am 64 and had TKR on my left knee 14 weeks ago and still having lots of pain. I am unable to sleep all night. I was released from Physical Therapy about a month ago with 114 degree flexion and -5 extension. I continue to do PT daily and still walk with a limp. I understand it takes up to a year to heal but without sleep I don't know how it can heal. The os has released me and I am to go back in a year. How do people get through this process?

I did have polio as a child with my right leg being affected and had 5 corrective surgeries on both legs. My left leg was always my "good" leg and now it is not so good.
