Re-bounding/Trampoline and TKR......Help.
Hi, it's awhile since I posted, and now have a problem and hope i can get as much help as i did before and after the TKR, which turned out super except for a knee that is numb from nerve damage during the surgery. It doesn't stop me from any activities, so it is good, and i can live with it. The problem is that I have had to stop aqua-therapy in the pool that I have been doing since the surgery, because of a rotator cuff surgery, which is now giving me problems. So I am now trying re-bounding which is great work out,but i cant seem to find out if it is damaging to the knee replacement. Has anyone out there tried it or know if it has any negatives, because it really is lo impact. Any help would be really appreciated.
Renia.
