knee braces
Anybody wear one? I have one my Mueller with velcro, and that thing will slide down and the velcro will irritate my leg.

What's the best kind to get?

I used a PRO (that's the brand) hinged knee brace when I tore my medial meniscus a few years ago. It did not slide much.

My physical therapist ordered mine, but they sell them online too. I think it was about $40 or $50. My hinged brace was a wrap around one. That limited the amount of slipping because I adjusted how tight or loose the velcro parts were. Regular pull on braces didn't work well for me because my calf muscles are smaller than the brace. That always left a gap at the bottom.

This brace I have fit the same way because of small calf. I'll ask my dr about it. I will see him on the 13th for my recommendation.

I'm going to take pain meds, and sleep it off!! LOL
