| painfull tendonitis
I had mild patellar tendonitis of my right knee before I started doing a job walking a lot ( non stop for six hours), several months ago.
Because of this non stopping activity, I developed patellar tendonitis on my left knee, and now I have tendonitis of my both ankles, both Archiles tendons. My feet are painful as well. I can hardly walk for a mile and my symptoms are getting worse. I know that if I have any tendonitis, I should have rice, anti-inflammatory drugs and rest. But my situation is that I could not have rest at all since I was on probation period. Now all the above mentioned tendons are so painful that I can hardly walk. I have to be on wheelchair soon.I will lose my job and I will have no income and live on welfare. So bad!!!!! Any one can help me out?
