Re: Sprained my knee...

Me too! The first doctor didn't listen to me at all, but this second one (thankfully) did.

Re: Sprained my knee...

Thanks. I'm hoping it does too. They said 3-6 weeks though which is awhile

Re: Sprained my knee...

I can relate. I hurt my knee almost 4 weeks ago, and it isn't better yet either. My doctor told me 4-6 weeks for my injury.

Re: Sprained my knee...

Ugh...I left my ice pack at home...

Fortunately a quick Google search gave me some ideas on how to make a DIY homemade one. I currently have in the freezer a double baggied mix of dish soap and hand sanitizer (the only alcohol I had in the house!)

Re: Sprained my knee...

I made it to/through my classes this morning sans crutches!

By the time I was only about 3/4 of the way back to my apartment, my knee was killing and I was limping badly and going very slowly...but the fact that I could even do it bodes well!

It'll still be awhile til full recovery...but this is a huge improvement! Taking that extra day to rest was definitely a good idea!!
