Unhappy How Much Does Overweight Contribute to Sore Knees?
We moved here 4 years ago from a 2 story house and I packed on the weight. At Christmas I was perfect. The first week in January my knees began aching and one buckled a few times. Have you known anyone who is thin who has bad knees? Or, are 100% of knee patients overweight?

Susan, knee surgeries can repair inguries, but every ortho I have seen says weight makes every knee problem worse.
