Arthroscopic OATS
We are looking for a doctor who performs arthroscopic OATS on the ankle. We live in Atlanta, Georgia. Any ideas?

I would start with a major research medical school near you. For example, I know research into mosaic grafting was being published at the University of California San Francisco in 2008 or so. If you provide a general geographic area, other posters may have some specific suggested doctors near you.
