flames7607 Newbie (male) Join Date: Mar 2017 Location: Kent, United Kingdom Posts: 2	Eye exercises anyone ? My Lasik surgery has revealed the natural presbyopia due to my age that was hidden by my short sighted vision. Has anyone tried eye exercises to improve the movement of the lens/eye muscles and presbyopia? I'm assuming that as I haven't been bending the lens for the past 15 years (as my short sighted vision meant near objects were already in focus) it may need exercises to get it moving a bit. Any thoughts ? Thanks
