It's actually not bad at all. It took me a little while to get used to it. The instructions are to hold it 12-15 inches (arms length) from your face and spray back and forth keeping your eyes open. Once I started holding it away at that distance I realized that it isn't hard to handle at all. It is refreshing. And, I have sensitive skin and I wear makeup so, if it doesn't bother my skin, I don't think it will bother yours. It isn't sticky at all. Of course, the more you use at a time, the wetter your skin gets but, it isn't anything a paper towl, hand towel, sleeve or whatever you have handy can't fix. Heheh! It does mist onto your clothes and your hair a little. I hold a papertowl over my hair to keep most of it off. I got a box with 2 containers for $14.99. I haven't used the first container up yet and the price seems worth it so far. It kind of feels like water. And because it is a mist, not thick droplets, it is surprisingly easy to keep your eyes open while using it. Even for a person whose biggest problem is having things touch or get into my eyes. You might try it and if you don't like it, you can probably just take it back. Just remember that if you try it, hold it arms length (12-15 inches) away from your face.
