Light sensitivity? Glare? - Lasik Eye Surgery Message Board

Anyone having problems with glare from bright lights or headlights at night? I'm about eight months out of lasik and I'm still having problems with these things. I think that maybe it's due to dryness, because I'm still dealing with this problem also.

I am 4 months now after my Lasik and I am experiencing the same issues as you. My night driving was so bad from the glare and halo I had to get some prescription glasses that I use at night. My Doctor says I must wait at least 6 months before they will consider any type of enhancement procedure. My vision is great during the day but sucks at night.

My vision is also pretty good during the day, but I do sometimes see glare on really bright lights during the day.

Do the prescription glasses help with the glare at night? My doctor mentioned that it might be some leftover prescription but he didn't give me any glasses. The glare is really bothersome for me. I don't think that I would mind some glasses if they got rid of it.

I'm not too keen on an enhancement b/c of the dry eye issues I'm having.
