PRK vs. LASIK - Which is better after full recovery?

I tried searching online but couldn't find an unbiased answer, since all the answers were either from PRK or LASIK doctors or from people who've already gotten one or the other done.

I know recovery is longer for PRK, but what about after full recovery?

Is one more prone to halos?
Does one experience better night vision than the other?
Is one easier to enhance if necessary than the other?
Is LASIK a bad idea if I'll be in dirty environments?

Thanks for any input.
