I had my lasik done at Lasik Surgery Clinic and regretted my decision.

I have red and sored eye since my surgery 6 mths ago. The problem comes and go, but without a permanent cure. I asked the doctor on the cause of the problem but always receive vague explaination and was brushed-off quickly to end the consultation each time. Imagine each consultation cost $50(excluding gst) which you'll expect to be advised on your condition thoroughly but it always last not more than 5 mins and the nurse will usher you out of the room.

I was asked to return in a few months time for review (again) to see if my condition is ready for enhancement (as my first surgery did not give me perfect eyesight) but this time round, I decided to seek second opinion from a renowed eye specialist. To my surprise, every single check was so thorough and I was told that my cornea is torn in the middle of my eye and the usual medication (like visidic gel that the doc at LSC prescribed) will not give me permanent cure. And the worst thing was, my eye was not properly corrected based on the scanned result that my second doctor had performed for me! Gosh! I was so disheartened! Look, that's my eye, my vision! But doctor at LSC has not realise it at all for the last 6 months!

Furthermore, to treat my condition, i'll need to undergo other surgery that cost quite a hefty amount, otherwise i'll have to rely on Visidic Gel for the rest of my life that will only relieve my pain and condition temporary . The pain, discomfort, time and money was wasted at LSC. And of course, DISAPPOINTMENT!

Dear friends, this is my 2 cents worth and I hope this will help you make a wise decision towards selecting the right clinic for your lasik surgery.....

FYI: I can drive at all now due to the poor vision caused my the tear and have been spending regularly on lubricating eyedrops and gel to relieve the pain and burning sensation. While relying so much on the other eye has also caused the power to deteriorate.
