Had Lasik on Wednesday, still no improvement at all. Is this normal?
First I'll tell you a few things about myself and eyes. I have high astigmatism and myopia. My astigmatism was very very high in both eyes, so high to the point I was not a candidate for the newest technology in lasik (custom vue) or something along those lines, however I was a candidate for the traditional surgery which is practically the same procedure (Cutting the flap, the lasers start doing their thing and voila) I'm 19 years old, (Yeah, young - I'm aware.) But my vision was at around roughly 20/400 before the procedure. So I had the surgery done Wednesday which was 4 days ago including the surgery day and the first day I was unable to see anything. The second day the watery vision went away and converted to blurry from afar and a much sharper up close. (That's practically the problem I had before hand.) As of today I see no difference since the second day and I'm beginning to feel worried. Oh and one more thing, I'm unable to see 20/20 however I can see 20/25. Doc said it must have been the way I was born, I've possibly never even seen 20/20.
