Question Anxiety and Motar Tics

Since I have been diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks I have been noticing that I get these Tics... Almost like when you get a chill you get all tense and make a funny face or squint your eyes... I dont know what it is caused from... It is noticable enough that people ask me what is wrong... It is something I cannot control because it is like a muscle spasm or something... TO sum it up I have no clue what it is and it is hard to describe... If anyone could gather anything out of this let me know. Thanks

Re: Anxiety and Motar Tics

You might want to post this on the Anxiety board, not many people with Learning Disabilities will be able to help you with this
