| A Learning Disorder, or...
I was never diagnosed with anything, but I've told my psychiatrist about some concerns I have. I thought I had adhd and he told me he was going to test me for it, but he never did. I brought it up again later and he said it could be adhd but he wondered if I have a learning disorder instead. When I read stuff, every 3 words or so I read the word and become distracted, thinking about things that have to do with that word. I keep reading the stuff though but I don't remember any of it. I'm in 9th grade and I've never done well in school. Not because I don't try... I just can't. I want help but I don't know what to do. |
