Dyscalculia? - Speech Disorder?

In math I always have problems.Grasping concepts is really hard for me...And I often will substitute one number for another, especially when copying down problems.Could this be dyscalculia?

Also...I have some sort of speech problem.I will start out saying a sentence normally, but then switch a couple of words in order. Is there a name for this?I always just call it speech dyslexia...
