trouble concentrating
 

I have always had trouble listening and concentrating. After first 5 min of a lecture (meeting) I am starting thinking about something else, same when I try to do homework. People think it is just poor organization or I am lazy. It helps some if I try to learn material before the event to be a step ahead but it is not always possible. Is it any help?
