reading problems!!

Anyone's school out there have the Reading 180 program??? I hear our school is doing it this year, don't know awhole lot about it?? I have a son that struggles with reading/comprehension, and receives very little help in school!!!

Any input on it???

I just finally figured out that my sons spec ed has no clue what they are doing, which is sad for all the kids. I've come across a few things that seem like they really help kids, but they are so expensive for an individual to buy.

Orton-Gillingham Multisensory Method is what you would search for. I came across the Barton one, but I'm shy the $250.
