He probably just doesn't yet understand that you are supposed to read books the other way. Be sure to read to him, or to continue reading to him and if you can, take him to places like the public library for story hours. If he sees you reading correctly and hears you reading to him, watches you turn the pages from left to right, etc. he will get the idea.

Actually some people can read upside down better than rightside up. Is he actually "reading"or just now learning how?
