delays

i have a two year old son who just started crawling last month on his belly. he can only say like five words. can't stand up on his own and hasn't walked yet. could something be wrong with him? am really worried coz the doctor said he was fine but am still worried

I would get a second opinion. Maybe if you could find a development pediatrician to do an evaluation. You can also get a free evaluation from your public school or its affiliates if you are in the USA.
