My husband was diagnosed with prolymphocytic leukeamia and so far has responded well to chemo, specially glad his hair hasn't fallen out - yet. We were told that PLL is incurable. I can find very little info about Pll as it is quite rare. Is there anyone who has it, or knows someone who has it? I would really like to talk to you. Thanks

Hi. My name is Peggy and my best friend has recently been diagnosed the TPLL (T-Cell prolymphocytic leukemia). I initially found out that this condition is serious and have learned bits and pieces about it, but maybe because of its rareity I've also had trouble finding info on it. At this point I have to educate myself because my friend is too upset to discuss it, so we don't talk about it. She is 42 and in good health before this. Can you share any details about your husband's condition as far as treatment and prognosis? I would greatly appreciate it!

T cell prolymphocytic leukaemia and your friend.
My husband has B cell PLL which is different from T cell. If you search in Google with T cell Pll you should get lots of results, from patient friendly to very technical.
I seem to remember that Campath has been used with great success with T Pll.
