You could easily have any one of a dozen things.
I'd get it checked out by a doctor. Leukemia can start off in many ways. A friend of mine, who had ALL, didn't have any symptoms till he woke up early one morning with a severe nosebleed. It was only after going to the ER a bloodtest revealed he was severely anemic and had a very high WBC. The doctors couldn't believe he could be walking around and not be sick with such results, but it was a fast disease onset.
Myself, I fatigue and bruising for about two months, then after one month of those symptoms, I started getting sick easily (had a recurrent strep infection). Then I got feverish, had enlarged lymph nodes, and a sore throat. I was sent to the hostpital when my blood came back negetive for mono, but had abnormal counts (anemic, low platlets, high WBC).
