Actually, that isn't true. Early onset leukemia can show absolutely no symptoms. My husband was an otherwise perfectly healthy 32 year old man when he was diagnosed. He just happened to go to the dr for something completely unrelated and thank god our doctor did blood work and was able to get him to a specialist immediately.
My advice is that you go to the doctor and have them do a physical with a complete blood count workup (CBC in med speak). IF you have leukemia or lymphoma, the CBC will show abnormalities in your blood counts.
