Low Nuet ABS
My WBC is 3.1 and should be a min of 4.0 according to the report and the Neut ABS is 1.4 and should be a min of 2.0 according to the report. My family doc said if the WBC goes to 3.0 or lower to go to a hematologist. Should I just book the appointment w/ one now or do these WBC go back up on there own? Last Dec my WBC was at 3.4

Yes, please check in with a hematologist or an oncologist now. With their evaluation you can forget worrying or you can get on with a diagnosis depending on the outcome.
