| Re: Dangerously LOW Neutrophils count - 254
What is the normal range listed on the lab report?
Are there either a percentage of neutrophils or an "absolute neutrophil count" listed, because I'm not sure how to convert "254" into one of these?
What I do know is that if the "absolute neutrophil count" is less than 0.5, they consider it to be possibly dangerous because there might not be enough to fight off infection.
Wish I knew more about your son's value, but since they're retesting tomorrow, let the doctor know your concerns.
I'll say a prayer for you and your child!
