abnormal blood count

I have a low platlet count which seems to be normal for me, its always ranges between 110-145, never any higher or lower and seems to have been this way since i was at school (i'm now 28). On my last FBP though my wcc was down to 3.4. Is this an indication of cancer/leukaemia??

Re: abnormal blood count

The best course of action is to be seen by your doctor and follow his/her recommendations. The doctor will likely recommend a bone marrow biopsy which is the way leukemia is diagnosed.
