Hello i have APL and i want to know if i can use diet pills while doing chemotherapy

I highly urge you to talk to your oncologist about this.

APL is a very serious form of cancer and you do not want to do anything that would interfere with treatment. This is not something to take for granted.

It is important that the doctor know everything you are taking or are considering taking since this may interfere with the chemo.
