Low ALT

Not sure that low ALT is necessarily a problem since the really only indication of problem would be a high ALT.
Low ALT could be your body not absorbing the necessary nutrients. Many people on diets that involve high levels of liquids or people with prolong diarrhea seem to have lower ALT over a period of time. But that is not an indication, by itself, of a problem. My guess is that the low ALT has nothing to do with your symptoms.
