A few days ago I posted this ? on the urology board and haven't had too much success so maybe this might be a better place for me to go for some advice.As stated in my other post I'm a 33 yr old mother of 2.I have developed a cystocele and lately have noticed that for some reason or another I keep passing a substance that has the VERY strong odor of ammonia.This just seems to happen for no aparent reason nor do I know when it's going to happen.I have no other signs of UTI or anything like that.I do not have a history of ethol abuse or drugs.But what I do have is a very long med hist. Which includes many( About 30) operations during childhood and alot of pain meds through out my life time.I noticed that alot of people are talking about skin itching (re. to liver disease) and have had alot of itching on the soles of my feet lately.I didn't give that any much thought until I read about itching.What is the connection between the liver and itching anyway?I have also developed quite a bit of swelling in fingers. Well going back to the ammonia, like I said I'm not even sure if it's vaginal or urological( I have an appt next wk w/uro dr.) and don't know what to think.Perhaps it's related to the cystocele or some thing all together unrelated/Any input good,bad or indifferent would really be appreciated.Thank you....
