Infection Pockets on Liver

After many weeks of CT scans and untrasounds etc. My Dr has told me that the 2cm cyst on my Liver seems to be a pocket of infection from where I had my gallbladder out three weeks ago.
He said that I can do one of two things....have it drained or try to clear it up with meds.
Im going in to see him tomm.
Has anyone gone through this or heard of this before?
My enzymes are elevated ALT/AST not much can it be from this?
Thanks for any help I have learned SO much from you guys
Thanks Taylor
